About Honeycomb

This project began with a notebook, a pencil, and head full of ideas about hope amid our environmental crisis. Rather than seeking "solutions" that patch over destructive systems with fickle technologies, I explore deep, transformative ways of redesigning a society, a culture, and a world.
The name "Honeycomb" comes from a simple realization: nature can be trusted. The hexagon shape is embedded in every corner of nature–in honeycombs, snowflakes, turtle shells, and cooling lava. This special shape points to the ability of the natural world to create efficient, functional, and beautiful solutions to real-world problems.
Honeycomb seeks to connect people through the belief that the world can be trusted, and that people are ultimately motivated by their need to belong in community with others. It searches for lasting solutions to environmental destruction by tapping into the power of nature and the dignity of the human spirit.
